welcome to AVIVA.
AVIVA was born through my own journey of healing, grief, remembrance, and returning to myself.
Like many women, I spent years carrying stories about my body, my worth, and what it meant to be a woman. Through fertility challenges, deep personal transformation, and my own healing journey, I found myself returning to the body, to ritual, and to the wisdom that lives within the nervous system.
As I healed, I began to understand that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we are beneath the conditioning, expectations, and stories we have carried.
The name AVIVA, meaning renewal and aliveness, reflects the heart of this work.
Through Reiki, somatic embodiment, ritual healing, women's circles, and rites of passage work, I create spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported through life's transitions. Spaces where grief, joy, sensitivity, transformation, and healing are all welcome.
I am especially passionate about helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and creating meaningful rites of passage for girls and women. My hope is to offer the kind of spaces many of us needed, places where we can gather, be witnessed, share our stories, and remember that our bodies are not something to fix, but something to trust.
